Lovely colleagues, poor management

You couldn't ask for a nicer group of colleagues with a genuine interest in wanting to provide the best services for their clients.

Cons

But the management systems in place are a mess. With understaffing at an all time high, employees are overworked, massively overstretched and underpaid. Anxiety is rampant but the overall response from upper management is to push through despite employee dissatisfaction, resulting in high turn over rates and employee burnout.

A unique and fun job with a lot of variety.

Cons

Couldn't get answers from headquarters in London. Emails went unanswered frequently which felt like our program and our work wasn't appreciated.
