Leadership HR Scheduling Benefits (expensive) Favoritism The SCO also known as the client service center is the worst department to work for. The company itself does not care about the department, a lot of other departments do not even know about the client service center or what they even do. Scheduling is in absolute joke you have to ask off a month in advance minimum and then hope you get approved. Management if you aren’t a favorite and if you stand your ground BE WARE and HR they are in Texas no nothing about us there for they don’t even care! HR ver unprofessional. Document everything because it’s always a battle don’t trust anyone in leadership. Some will fight for you and some are just there. Training auditors none of them are the same page so don’t get comfortable. Being a former employee the stress this job brought on just from the environment was miserable. I will admit it wasn’t always that way but over the last few years the ones that did cared moved on and it just went down from there.

Need to have shorter meetings with defined agenda. We are busy and it can be frustrating to lose valuable time with insignificant small talk.
