      - Great Pay - Works with your schedule - Pretty good team mates depending on your department

      Cons

      The CSC is the worst department in the company to work for. Most people just start there to move into other departments. It was too much stress dealing with upset clients all the time. Your left to clean up the messes left from Agents in the field.

      Pros

      American National has great life products that make it very easy to sell, because it gives us agents confidence in knowing that we are providing quality life insurance! The company is great with making their agents feel loved and very appreciated!

      Cons

      The only negative comment I have is on the training program! It was quite long and didn’t seem to help a ton! But this could’ve been due to beginning during Covid!
