      Pros

      Great program for training and onboarding new agents. Excellent new agent compensation assistance. Super friendly support. If you're going to be in a captive selling situation, this is a good company to work for.

      Cons

      This isn't a knock on ANICO, but any agent in a captive selling situation is going to greatly limit their income potential. Also, this industry takes about 3-5 years of building your clientele until you can feel secure in your income.

      nothing i can think of...i am sure there are some members of management that are fair and balanced, however i never found any member of management to be honest, fair and balanced

      Cons

      lower than going rate for pay, little of no communication from management, management attempts to operate with a 'read my mind' mentality, company has a policy of 'do whats right'...i turned in an employee for stealing and i was labled a trouble maker...go figure...
