The hours are long. No professional training for new agents. Too much pressure to collect premium's while the economy is in a recession. People would rather keep a roof over their heads and place food on their table , before buying and paying for their life insurance. Health insurance is very expensive. They offer no dental insurance.

Management is incompetent at best and has there own little click they live in. My manager was so incompetent in the Diccom group it was funny. He was like the boss in office space. He could never remember anything you told him. I became disabled when I was working there and instead of being accommodating they started piling more work on me to enable them to eventually get rid of me. Bottom line they don’t like dealing with people with disabilities.
