Developing the leadership team is important to every organization, and at APS we are constantly seeking opportunities to do so in line with our core values of education and learning. We’re excited about the upcoming leadership development training, launching in December 2024 and continuing into the first quarter of 2025, featuring programs like “Cultivating the Leadership Mindset.” Additional enhancements to staff resources are also on the horizon for 2025, including a supervisor request form designed to capture training needs directly from leadership.
