This is truly one of the first HealthCare companies I have ever worked for that cares about their employees. From training that is very detailed to surveys throughout your first 90days to ensure they have everything covered that you feel you need. It has truly been a first. I can see why people remain employed here for so many years because you truly never find a company that cares this much in this field.

Cons

I truthfully can not come up with a con for prairie village!

Pros

I have enjoyed my career with ASC over the last four years. No matter what you start out doing there is always room to grow and new opportunities.

Cons

The only con that sticks out to me is that we have not received a cost of living raise, which makes it hard to stay with the company, because unfortunately the cost of living has took a large jump.
