Pros

Buildings are pretty, dementia units have a wonderful program.

Cons

Consultants rarely "consult", will give wishy-washy answers when true problems arise, spend more time micro-managing tiny unimportant details than assisting with the big picture. Overall, salaries are poor, with exception of upper management, who are paid handsomely with many bonuses, dinners, perks. Staffing issues are overlooked, no assistance is given in maintaining CEU's needed for certifications used on the job, equipment is scarce to perform duties.
