Stepping stone Decent pay for the area in comparison to other companies for same line of work

No opportunity for growth Pretense of wanting to promote from within but consistently going outside to hire Solicits employee feedback and does nothing with it or sides with upper mgmt ESOP with 5 year vesting/ lack of 401k Contract work that can be volatile/ no guarantees of continued employment
