      Pros

      Great company and benefits and they care about their employees or owners. ESOP company employee owned.

      Cons

      Loose structure, make strong push for employee owned and how each of you make difference but between lines some Line managers treat the owners as if they are working at burger joint.

      Pros

      Because is in a Federal building ,they treat you like crap,not over time, you have to cover the work of those who take vacations of others, no raise, not get the necessary equipment to work,health insurance is the most expensive that can exist,him a raise only to those working in the office

      there is only one boss and no human resources, and makes all decisions, no matter what the employee feels
