      Good place to work for a person looking for career growth and experience, but not for long time employment.

      Pros

      Friendly and open staff. Management is open and easy to talk to. They will work with you if you want to move on to another career path inside of the company.

      Cons

      No clear goal for the company...only "we want to grow the company by X% every single year". This to me is a goal, but it is not a defined goal...such as "Our goal is to grow the company by bidding, winning, and impressing our customer with our work ethic and knowledge in the field of ___." Company lacks a professional feel. Corporate headquarters is forgettable.
