Good overall...lack of promotion opportunities

Great benefits, company care about its employees, ESOP is excellent, PTO is excellent

Cons

No 401(k) match, no company parties (Holiday parties are a catered lunch in-office), minimum promotion opportunities because the company prefers to hire new managers even with employees who are more qualified. Company was founded on providing technical services but new CEO is positioning company with more prime contracts and "managed" services in order to sell company (previous attempt failed due to lack of prime contracts and not enough managed services).

Our satellite office was very nice to work at, small and close. The work was very flexible and you could work on your own

Cons

Not a lot of support or communication for corporate employees outside the main office, definitely an us vs them mentality

Cons

Promotions always happen from outside the company. Pay increases don't usually keep up with cost of living increases Field sites get the older, leftover IT assets Very few women in technical positions
