      Pros

      Paycheck was on time. Hired me with little experience. Flexible shifts.

      Cons

      Hired almost EVERYONE with no experience AND little education or work ethic! Very little pay for the area and the job. So many managers/seniors making 2-3x's as much as the actual hard workers. Management has no professionalism, workers have low moral, and you almost always feel as if you are completely expendable (and they make sure to let you know it).

      Pros

      American Systems is a great company to work for; the benefits are good, and becoming an employee owner is a great perk that is hard to find nowadays. The pay is competitive. People work hard since they are "owners" and have a stake in how well the company does each year!

      Cons

      I noticed over the years that I worked there, that it is top heavy when it comes to upper management. There are too many VPs and Senior Managers just taking up space and collecting a large paycheck, while lower management and non-management employees are being laid off.
