      The company is very diverse and innovative in many ways. From the very top, CEO Peter Smith and down, the leadership truly cares about their most important asset - the people. The leadership recognizes talent and hard work and rewards accordingly - a true thriving meritocracy, as fair as it gets. The work environment is filled with levity yet the results are first rate. Individuals are allowed to grow and encouraged to think outside the box. The company is employee owned (brilliant concept) and thus WE are always seeking improvement - our services, our performance, our systems, and ourselves.

      Cons

      A CON ONLY FOR THOSE not willing to pull on the rope and attempt to simply draw a paycheck - no room for that here. We all pull on the rope and demand not perfection but daily excellence.
