Working at ATD is exciting and very connected to global technology and innovation. This isn’t a company who sits still and rests on its laurels. The sense of teamwork cuts across company lines and drives great collaboration.

Cons

The industry is in a state of flux and changes to priorities can be common though not out of line with the strategy. Just need to stay flexible.

The CSRs job is taking incoming calls for eight hours per day. It's repetitive
