Pros

The company has great benefits and comparable pay scale. They promote a positive work environment.

Cons

Very little job specific training is given to new employees. New employees are left to figure things out as they go.

Pros

Good Benefits, typically great people to work with

Cons

Hiring only "YES" Men. Managers that wont rock the boat for upper management. Company is VERY slow to keep up with the competitors. Managers like to think they know how to read statistics, but have yet to meet one that can. Communication is lacking among departments.
