Great Place if they can hold it together

Great Culture which the CEO is trying to make even better. Bonus's in good times are great! Open and caring environment

Cons

Politics are starting to develop in some areas eroding trust Base pay is low compared to other companies so when bonus's are not good employees are underpaid.
