Pros

I enjoyed the people I worked with as a whole. You have to go in wanting to work.

Cons

My supervisor, while she was nice most of the time, was more worried about being on her phone and texting than the job she was paid to do. Couldn't find her half the time as she would disappear and she didn't really pay attention to the job we were doing, until she got in trouble, then she would just jump down our throats.

Pros

*Company invests in technology *Nice work environment *Professional co-workers *Great insurance and benefits *Definitely follow their mission statement

Cons

*Lots of meaningless training (i.e., we had to have sexual harrassment training for an office full of men) *Internally developed software - takes years to actually work properly, if ever. *QMS - Quality Management System lost its sight and has become a finger pointing mechanism. Does not account that humans will make mistakes. This causes terrible morale. *Compensation is much lower than most building material manufacturers. *Has become more operationally driven than sales driven. This is bad for customers. *Internal audits are a major waste of time. (They send in recently college graduates to tell me how I was doing running my business wrong. I have several years of experience)

Pros

None that I can even drum up.

Cons

No room for growth, managers are brainwashed to all say and do the exact same things like robots. Rule with a dictatorship of upper management that have all carried the bag but still don't have a clue. Very little support, no loyalty towards their employees. Ridiculous amount of paperwork where you spend two days of your five day work week pushing papers through rather than being in the field cultivating relationships and winning people over.
