I am very pleased with AWC (toccoa,Ga) there is compassion ,teamwork and love. the management is not afraid to get their hands dirty and do work right alongside the hourly.they have dinners and gettogethers that help with moral. we have the oppertunity to voice our concerns and they are VERY safety minded. our families are also important to them. and most of all they work with our special needs

Cons

although we have many who are willing to be a Regular guy there are still some who need to pay attention especially in the front office. when the house was cleaned out a few years ago they missed some. corporate is still blinded by the smoke screen
