Pros

Pay scale, bonuses (when earned), some medical benefits (not all are worth the price for out of pocket deductibles for families), Working as a Team (this also falls under a con, see under that section),

Cons

Never knowing what time your actually getting off work, point system (this is a major problem is you have a medical condition or children and no other help to assist with them), lack of actual concern of management for employees, was told of an employee who had a rare medical condition and put through misery and back physically and mentally by management until she quit while on FMLA. Also was told of a young woman who was hired and was pregant and was unable to stock materials due to the weight. She wasnt eligible for FMLA and instead of finding her a light duty job, she was told there wasn't any and terminated as well. tons aren't taken seriously, there is no rhyme or reason to cells numbers other than shipments. One cell might be light and be out early while another will be late. Biggest complaint nobody in quality has enough sense or balls to not kiss butt and make as decision on their own. Which makes everyone frustrated. Working as a Team (if a few people defiantly don't want to, the rest of us have to carry the line and it goes unnoticed. Was told I'd been great for materials or even a clerical in maintenance but ended up a loader. I will bid out even if it's for building or materials.
