Pros

Merit based - at least during layoffs. otherwise there's no reason to really work hard

Cons

low pay, bonus plan that's rigged to only pay out once every couple years

Pros

Decent pay and benefits for the area. Most floor supervisors are caring.

Cons

There is a huge turnover in salary employees. There has been a push towards lean manufacturing but changes only last a few weeks. There is no sustaining of any improvements. There is a distinct lack of consistency in the enforcing of HR policies.
