      Pros

      Work was cyclical, with less work in winter and more in summer. Management didn't believe in laying off employees. Everyone worked less hours when it was slow (including management) and more hours when it was busy. A very fair environment.

      Cons

      Nothing with the company, it is just located a long way from a major city. Berryville is a small town, so working there is working in a very rural environment.
