Pros

education program, good benefits, good leaders, multiple plants to work at, I got to meet a lot of very talented people in Oklahoma

Cons

I went through a plant start up and worked there for 4 years. The hours were long without the added pay due to being a supervisor.

Pros

My coworkers were excellent, made some great friends, and there are a lot of learning opportunities for growth from various training and development programs, including classes lead by senior management. The product is interesting (kitchen and bathroom cabinets) and the most jobs have good work-life balance.

Cons

Being a company of only a few thousand employees there is a fair amount of favoritism. Connect with one of the corporate execs and you’ll be in good shape. Don’t connect and you’ll never be promoted. Because they’re tied to the housing industry the bonus and merits are below average.
