Pros

Relaxed work-environment. Community is very close and friendly. They will not throw you in the deep end right away and say "sink or swim", they'll walk you through the development process and the best practices to use in this environment.

Cons

Room for growth is basically if someone dies, or leaves. Haphazard testing procedures. Behind the technology curve by at least 10 years. Current mentality - "if it works, why upgrade?".
