Quarterly raises, possibility for quarterly bonuses, steady workload, good benefits, plant location, birthday holidays, most of the people are great

Cons

inconsistency from management, poor communication between departments and management/hourly staff. Double standards for behavior. Supervisors are usually hired from outside the company

Good coworkers trying their best.

Cons

Dept director is verbally abusive, does not follow the "American Woodmark Way" and gets away with it. He only calls to let you know you did something wrong. Does not apologize when you prove it wasn't you that messed up. Will always cover for his local facilty to the detriment of the other locations.
