Pros

This company is for those that are willing to dive in and get stuff done. Americaneagle.com offers ample opportunity to learn new technologies, offer new ideas and work with incredible clients. This is not an environment to just "sit back."

Cons

For those wanting to grow their career and learn, this is an awesome company. Hours can be long on given days, weeks or months, which some may look at as a Con. However, if you want to be successful, it's part of the job.

Pros

Americaneagle.com is a great company to grow in your career. You are able to learn a tremendous amount about the tech industry and they favor promoting from within. They value their employees and want you to be successful in your endeavors. They are also very accommodating when it comes to personal travel or family commitments outside of work and most managers will work with you to help balance you work / personal life.

Cons

The commute can be challenging when you live in the city.

Pros

Americaneagle.com has been growing like crazy in the short time I have worked here. Everyone is great and wants to make sure you succeed. I am an Account Manager and was promoted within a year and have gotten the opportunity to work with various big-name clients. They trust their employees and hard-work does not go unnoticed. Managment is also very open to listening to any questions you have and no one in the company is too big for any lower employee. Everyone has an open door policy and it is comforting knowing your higher-ups are there to support you. The main office is also located very close to Chicago's public transportation systems so it is a very easy commute if you are coming from the city.

Cons

I have not come across any cons yet. Everyone has been great thus far and I have no complaints.
