While we remain committed to creating an interesting environment for young professionals, I am glad to say that we are also in the process of undergoing a technology transformation across the organization.

Looks better on the outside than the inside

Pros

The salaries are good. With little experience you can get a good title and lots of perks like travel abroad and meeting high level people. There are opportunities for people willing to go along with organizational agendas. Good work/life balance.

Cons

The company culture feels more focused on pleasing donors and raising funds than having a positive impact. There is a lack of transparency within the organization and some of the donation practices are questionable. There's a lack of expertise among the leadership. There's tons of turnover, as people realize what the situation is and quickly leave.
