- Work life balance / ability to work from home - Great colleagues, not a fiercely competitive fundraising team the way it is in other development departments I've worked at - Lots of opportunity to grow with the organization

Cons

High performance culture and could use additional admin support as we grow. Our associate to fundraiser ratio is low compared to other development shops I've worked.
