The company offers semi-annual bonuses, very nice Christmas gifts, and two company wide events during the beginning of summer (June) company day at the K and a fantastic Christmas party.

Cons

Speed is rewarded over quality of work. Associates who are downright rude and impatient with customers on the call are rewarded over associates who provide a good experience. Turnover is high in this department and the other departments usually have people who stay there longterm so it's not as easy to move up.
