Pros

Stable job. They keep the staffing low and retain associates fairly well. The work is challenging and engaging. Bonus program paid twice a year. Everyone loves getting that extra check. Parking or bus pass is provided. Holiday party annually.

Cons

At times, long hours. Wages are a bit below average. Annual wage increases are quite low. The bonus program is inconsistent between departments and requires you to “explain” why you think you have earned it. Paid twice a month 15th and last day.

Unfortunately very few worth mentioning. Some benefits and perks such as free parking in which availability, proximity locale can depend on your perceived value and those who can endure.

Cons

Pros

Supportive, environment with wonderful training programs that provide the ability to move up and move into other areas of the company. Hard working, intelligent workforce. The locations provides associates with the ability to enjoy all the good things that downtown KC has to offer. The incredible architecture of the historic buildings along with beautiful landscaping and furnishings set the offices apart from other companies. Many perks that are no longer enjoyed by the average company, such as great parties along with charitable, outreach programs that make a difference in our city and bring the entire associate base together. Great compensation with everyone participating in the bonus program. Associates are treated well, which results in low turnover for the organization.
