Good place to work, but not great

37.5 hour work week, 1 hour lunches, amazing holiday party for Christmas, great pay

Cons

Health insurance is way too expensive with very high deductibles, management sometimes talks to you like your an ignorant incapable 2 year old, management tends to try to micromanage you, really hard to transfer to a different department

Cons

Employee Benefits, employee salary, inconsistent expectations department to department, difficult getting under performing employees terminated, casual business attire, no jeans allowed on a regular basis.

Pros

Great people, a very family like feel in many departments. Small enough that there aren't very many degrees of separation between you and the person who can help you accomplish the task at hand. Many jobs are shorter than the traditional 40 hours.

Cons

It sometimes feels like some departments work in silos. Projects are started and not completed before they are launched. No accountability approach, some other department will fix in down the road. If you are one of the "chosen" your career will progress; if you aren't then there aren't as many opportunities. Gaps in communication
