Great group of people who are wonderful folks with whom to work. Very dedicated workforce. Motivated and loyal,honest and capable.

Cons

Pay and benefits are poor and getting progressively worse each year. Management takes away one benefit after another each year.

Quick turn around for getting hired on...if you're willing to work as a contractor with no paid time off and unpaid holidays.

Cons

They tell you it'll be a temp to hire contract position but once you start you find it's 9-12 months before you'll potentially be hired and that's only if you suck up to the right people. Favoritism is a huge issue here. A lot of gossip.
