Pros

Lots of experience & room for advancement, with an insider's view behind the scenes of how all the different departments piece together.

Cons

The things we are told to say/do by management & by a select few in leadership roles can be so inconsistent. Which causes the phone reps to say inconsistent things on the phones. Which drive more calls into the call center, increase escalations, cause unpleasant experiences for the callers & the phone reps, and drift us further and further away from our goal of one-call resolution.

Pros

Salaries are positioned in the upper percentile for most positions. Great bonus and gift opportunities. Starting to invest in technological advancement.

Cons

Lack of diversity. Overly committed to bringing employees back in office vs. more work from home opportunities. Lack of transparency, everything can change and you wouldn’t know until it’s too late.

Pros

Lots of PTO, pay was decent, bonus every 6 months, pretty easy work

Cons

Management would micromanage unless you sucked up to them. Always said there is additional work to be done so being relaxed/taking a mental break was not acceptable.
