Cons

Management is very disrespectful and inconsiderate to the people that actually put in the work to keep the company running. Gloomy environment, low morale, no team players.

Enjoyed working with some of the people. Paid very well for my position.

Cons

I accepted the position as a Black Belt for the company, which was to implement change. The first thing that needed to change was how to sweep the warehouse. This should have been a strong signal that management had no control over its workforce. If you can't keep a clean facility in the food service industry then you probably can't change much else. In the end they downsized the department. Not a good environment for long term employment!!!
