Single worst employer I have ever worked for
Pros
The employees are great people. Everyone gets along well.
Cons
Very harsh punnishments for simple things. The attendance policy is rediculous. (work in a freezer and can only miss or be one minute late 6 days in a year)The list of work rules is a mile long and the punnishments are not fitting. Performance expectations are way out of line. (three bad days in a year can get you fired) The Management runs amuck with favoritism. Every supervisor has their own set of rules making it impossible to know exactly what is expected. The eguipment is not maintained well at all. Employees are expected to use equipment that doesn't work right and has safety issues and still maintain their performance. In a nut shell, the employees are just a number to management.
