      There a not any pros. If you do well at this company you get rewarded by increasing your goal which means that you will make less commission each month. Management Is immature to its finest state.

      Cons

      Management acts on impulse that will only benefit them. If it doesnt hurt them in anyway shape or form then it doesnt matter. They only care about the numbers. If you are not apart of management you are expendable. They dont treat you like human beings here. The previous reviews are generated by management themselves. They also ask us (employees) to input good reviews on glassdoor to enhance the ratings.
