In mortgages there were so many up and downs due to interest rates. Here it’s so consistent. The calls are non stop. You literally have the choice to make however much you want. As long as you put in the hours. I’ve made more money here than I have ever had in mortgages and the great part is you are truly helping people. I’ve gotten so many thank you from my clients. Specially during the holiday that it makes me want to work even harder. The management team truly cares about making you successful. The company is constantly investing in improving technology and the product to make it easier for us to close more deals. The CEO is one one of the most humble CEOs I’ve met. I couldn’t be more excited about all the new thing coming up in 2020.

We are growing fast! with that being said there are many benefits, a lot of room for growth and to make as much money as you want. There is no cap. The culture here is amazing and everyone is willing to help and learn from each other. Training and the Managers are top of the line. They give you all the tools you need to succeed. Its rewarding to know that you are changing people’s lives by helping them become debt and stress free.
