8yThank you for taking the time to write a review of your experience with the company! We are sorry that your employment experience was not what you expected it to be. We are a rapidly growing company that implemented our own proprietary software. With any new software implementation, there are bound to be bugs, but we did our best to work through them quickly.
We pride ourselves on setting realistic and attainable goals for our employees and actually adjusted the goals down when we encountered the software issues. We did ramp them back up when the bugs were worked out and the teams have since broken production records month over month.
