      Americor Financial is a fast paced fun work environment with many advancement opportunities. Being a FIN-TECH company and the companies future, the route it was going is what drew me towards Americor initially. Mr. Ganatra, the CEO of Americor; is a CEO whom has a lot of experience in tech, and knows what it takes to grow a successful business which makes me feel proud and fortunate to be a part of the Americor family. Daily you are able to make a difference in others lives which is the most enjoyable part of my day. Upper management makes sure you understand what it takes to succeed. Upon entering Americor Financial Gary whom is an energetic and very coachable manager will train you in order to ensure you understand the product and you have the proper knowledge of the business and the product. After doing so he makes sure he is always there for you to answer any questions which you might have even after you leave training. My current manager Jordan makes sure his team has what it takes to reach your personal goals on a daily basis and which is a vital element to personal and company growth. VP of the company Houston makes sure you have the proper training after your initial training with modules which enable your daily growth and knowledge of product. Key Factors which will allow you to succeed: If you are able to work hard and take daily inventory, able to be criticized in order to become a better employee and be coachable and not be a know it all: you will find Americor to be a success. If you are ethical, and a hard worker you will find Americor Financial to be a great employer! Advice: Have Knowledge of yourself, the customer and the product. KNOW-LEDGE : Know yourself, your daily goals and know the product and the customer so you can get yourself off the Ledge on a daily basis.

      Pros

      I have been working here for about a year an a half. I have finally found a company that I can rely on to deliver the values that they discussed with me during the interview. Ever since I have started I have been able to take my sales career to the next level with training and enough help to continuously grow. The culture is great and the environment is perfect!

      Cons

      There is not much that I would say is a downfall. You have the ability to make as much money as you put your mind to.

      Americor Funding is by far, the best company I have ever been a part of. The opportunities, the culture, the values and the management make coming to work exciting and help create an environment I not only want to grow within, but would never want to leave. Americor Funding has created a very special place for its employees to thrive and achieve success on a daily basis.

      Cons

      To work at a company that gives its employees an opportunity to easily take home a six figure salary and help families in need of the product and services we offer, I can honestly say, it's impossible to come up with a con for working at Americor. The management and executive team work hard to make sure they continue the tradition of keeping in place a culture which betters the lives of its clients and its employees.
