The people: The employees here are nice, outgoing, welcoming and extremely helpful. I was impressed by the number of people that welcomed me and engaged me in conversation on my first day. Everyone is willing to take time to help each other out.
The leadership: The positivity and the motivation that comes from the leadership is contagious. When I asked some of the top performers why they feel they are successful at Americor, the common theme was the leadership. We feel supported and challenged and are consistently motivated, but are also left to manage our time and our day ourselves. They have a great vision for the company and everyone is excited about it and working towards the same goal.

Cons
We moved to a great new office space recently and that came with challenges, but everything is starting to come together. The parking attendants in the structure can be challenging to work with. You definitely don't want to lose your ticket!
