Benefits are decent but expensive

Cons

They don’t pay good for the industry. Favoritism is rampant and the upper management is creepy with women. If you’re a man you will essentially be playing second fiddle to any decent looking woman who catches the eye of sales leadership. You won’t be invited to the events but the cute new girl will be. The leads are awful and they will tell you “next month” it will be better.

Pros

Americor is a larger company that operates with the speed and efficiency of smaller organizations. Each day brings a new fun challenge to tackle, and the company mission of helping consumers get out of debt means that we get to make a positive impact each and every day.

Cons

With a larger org, communication between departments can sometimes be challenging. However, there is a concentrated effort to improve on this which I find is starting to be very effective.

I've been here for almost two years, and I've seen so many positive changes. The work environment has improved significantly. It never really feels like "work" because I genuinely enjoy the people I work with, and I love what I do, helping people while earning a good income. The company also goes the extra mile with events and great food, and it's always a nice surprise when we receive unexpected treats in the mail!

Cons

The benefits are decent but could be better.
