Also be prepared to work 55 hours a week. -"there are no tiers" but 1 person gets 3 deals a day ... -play the politics or you will get the DNQ leads -only the same top 10-15 people make money, the rest are fed the DNQ leads and work way more but make way less - they time how long your away from your desk, called "occupancy" and take away your bonus if you take more than a 30 min lunch and 2, 15 min breaks, if you have to go to the bathroom you can kiss your bonus goodbye. -Gaslighting from management is pretty common, really shocked actually when i started to notice it -work life balance is non existent- i would work 55 hours a week on a regular basis

Like others have said, this company operates as an illegal bait and switch. You will be calling people who are destitute and desperate under the guise of “helping them.” What you are really doing is taking advantage of their terrible situation. I think that if the company can convince you that you’re “helping people” then you will get over your internal conscience screaming at you that you are a slimy salesperson taking advantage of people who lack other options. This company simply puts their customers in a really bad situation for years and then moves on to the next one. You get an hour lunch but they will constantly pressure you to only take a half hour and they will even often complain if you decide to take your two breaks per day. They only match your 401k at 1% which clearly demonstrates they do not care about you or your future. The benefits are very expensive and they do not cover medication that every other insurance I’ve had did so I now use GoodRx which begs the question what am I paying for? I cannot recommend this company to work for or do business with as a client.
