      Pros

      I am able to work remotely from home and I am also able to go into the office and work 2 days out of the week. Also, approachable leadership/managmenet and the management team work closely with employees on professional development

      as the company is growing sometimes communication could be better with what is going on in other departments within the company

      Pros

      This company not only gives me the chance to work remotely, but it has taught me so much. The employees from top to bottom are the kindest, most helpful people you can find. It really is working with friends. They work hard and when they say they are here to help people, they genuinely mean it! It is a great place to work and I am thankful to have gotten the opportunity.

      Cons

      It is very fast pace most of the time, you do have to be willing to learn and pay attention. They do their best to provide the best training possible, but you really need to focus and take notes. Always take notes!

      Pros

      It is great to work for a company that takes feedback and implements that feedback. I feel like I am heard and my ideas are valued. Since I have started, I have had nothing but help from my peers and upper management. Being able to do my job with people who trust me and want to help make sure I grow within the company, is almost unheard of! So happy to be working here and seeing how they are always wanting to help the clients and their people. Love it.

      Cons

      Communication gets harder as the company grows and certain policies need to be put in place. This is just the pain of change though and happens in every growing company.
