You're allowed to have things with you(like sketch books, sticky notes, little things to keep you occupied during downtime) They weren't constantly breathing down your neck as long as you did the (totally reasonable) amount of work asked of you

No phones on the floor Training left a lot to be desired, information was changing constantly and those updates weren't being relayed to everyone so you could break a "reg" by saying something you had been trained to say that had been updated since

Management is invested in improving benefits, pay, and building very understanding during covid quickly responded to keep us safe I have been so impressed by the local management here in Boise bc they go above and beyond to keep us safe, healthy, valued, continuing education for advancement in roles, and my manager is consistently focused on me...supporting me with coaching, train, and just making me feel invested in. I am hoping to get an increase in pay soon but I'm confident that will be soon based on all the other great changes at Amercor including benefits and new office. I love the transparency of leadership and willingness of even VPs to dig in and help.
