      The pay and benefits package were competitive.

      Cons

      The management was a disaster. As a supervisor I had no voice. My “team” was given free rein to walk all over me and I was provided zero support from management. Leaving even though it meant a pay cut was the best decision I have ever made!

      Friendly colleagues and supportive managers (in my experience), paid holidays and worthwhile PTO, room for transfers/promotions, relatively clear direction and training opportunities

      Some branches are inconsistent with others in procedure, staffing/coverage issues, equipment is dated
