Pros

AmeriCU is a culture-rich organization that takes care of their employees, providing competitive pay, generous vacation time and benefits as well as work/life balance. Employees are valued and provided with opportunities for continual learning and advancement. It's a strong team environment where all are welcome to contribute and grow forward with the company!

Cons

I have not seen a downside to employment here at AmeriCU. It's all been positive. We are based in Central New York but do offer flexible, hybrid and remote options.

Pros

I feel heard by my managers and even the VP and president of the department. Everyone I’ve ever reached out to has been eager to help, even in other departments. There’s a positive work culture.

Cons

I think some of the goals and quotas set are unrealistic.
