Pros

Ameriflex is one of the best companies I have worked for. We receive annual raises, bonuses, and have company events. The atmosphere is very friendly and I like that we can dress down.

Cons

There is a lot of change in our operations, which can get hectic at times, but it just means the company is growing and becoming more profitable. Just like every other company, you have your good and your bad, but the good outweighs the bad.

Pros

Small environment with a great team. This might have been the best place that I have ever worked because of the relaxed fun atmosphere. Great bonus which was easily achieved provided you performed your duties. The management team was very involved and provided great leadership.

Cons

The only con I would have to mention would be the pay, it wasn't great. The other con was only being allowed 2 days work from home - it could have been more.
