Pros

The people are fantastic to work with and they create a good atmosphere. It is rewarding when you receive positive feedback. Company has potential, but has a ways to go to create employee value.

Cons

Communication needs a lot of work. Teams within themselves work well, but they do not communicate well with other teams causing some tension.

Honestly none. Maybe insurance but not worth the headache

Cons

Managers that are not present and don’t even participate in onboarding their new people. When given honest feedback about training or any issues, retaliate by writing you up and saying you’re the problem. Complicit HR obviously because they aren’t there for you and overall a mess.
