Pros

I came to this company with a clear vision of what I wanted to accomplish, and while there have been some obstacles and setbacks, I have been given free reign to build the part of the organization that I was brought on to build. I can't speak for anybody else, but I have a great manager who believes in me and supports me in almost everything I do. This company has outlined a vision and strategy for the next five years that l believe is moving us in the right direction.

Cons

I would like to be more involved in the leadership of the company, but I honestly believe my day is coming.

Pros

Everyone is very friendly and approachable; you never find yourself with a question and no one to ask for help. I think the teamwork is great as well!

Cons

I feel like some of our employees get overwhelmed at times because I know, especially in the call center, they handle a large workload and have some of the toughest jobs in the company.
