Pros

Ameriflex has been a fantastic place to work for me. The people here are some of the friendliest, and brightest that you will meet. The Sr. Leadership Team understands the importance of work-life balance an does provide flexible schedules. They do have a generous benefit program, that offers everything from tuition reimbursement, to 401(k) matches. This is a company that will take care of you and help you advance your career, if you are a hard worker, as they are always looking to promote from within.

Cons

Just like with every other company experiencing growing pains, you have your good and your bad, but the good outweighs the bad.

Ameriflex has truly been a wonderful working experience for me. I started as a Participant Services Rep several years ago, and have been extremely fortunate to have grown with the company and hold multiple positions during my tenure. I've been able to establish a career path through hard work, solid leadership, and a company-commitment to investing in its employees. I continue to be challenged every day, and work with fantastic people that are just as passionate about providing our customers with outstanding service.

Cons

I wouldn't necessarily say it's a con, but you need to be easily adaptable to change and multitask when working at Ameriflex. As a growing organization, things move rapidly, and if you can't move with it, it may not be the right environment for you.

Ameriflex is a great place for those who like a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced environment. The Company’s Five Values are core to how we operate, make decisions and treat others. The Management Team understands the importance of work-life balance and provides flexible schedules where they can, and to employees who have shown they can successfully perform their duties and meet their objectives. Benefits are generous. Office is clean and co-workers are friendly and care about one another. No company is perfect, but I appreciate that our Leadership Team genuinely strives to continually learn and improve.

Cons

Typical growing pains, but growth is a good thing!
